Our Bradenton / Palma Sola home is stylish and spacious, yet incredibly cozy! With a luxurious, hip vibe and warm ambiance, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind, lounge by the heated pool (moderate upcharge) and cook an amazing meal at home after a fun day out at one of the nearby beaches! The Coquina Haus is the perfect place for someone looking for a tropical family vacation in a beautiful and safe area, or simply needing a change of scenery, with multiple work from home options, as well as 3x KING bedrooms!!
Rich in amenities, with access to both beach supplies and on-site laundry, as well as a fully and beautifully equipped kitchen, you will have everything you need to have an incredible time.
0.5 miles to Riverview Point Reserve (side entrance) /Desoto Memorial (end of street car parking) - incredible sunset walks right on the water (salt water, can swim in the Bay, locals' secret spot)!

We love our neighborhood gem!

Oasis for a family getaway
This Airbnb was exactly as pictured and a wonderful Oasis for our family getaway that comfortably fit 7 adults and 3 kids. Bedrooms are nice and spread out which makes the place feel big and spacious. Accommodations are comfortable and the decorations are clean and very serene. Pool and outdoor area were perfect. Neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and we felt very safe. Only a 5 minute drive from Publix/Target, and 20 minutes to Anna Maria Island. The Desoto Park / Riverview Pointe Nature Preserve is an easy 5 minute walk from the house which we greatly enjoyed!! The best part though were the Hosts - gracious, informative, and wonderful. They found precious items that were accidentally left behind and were working to return them even before it was noticed that we were missing them!!! Above and beyond! Will definitely recommend to all who would like to visit Bradenton and surrounding area!

We had a great time! Beautiful house with a nice pool and backyard for the kids to run around in. It was very clean, had all the amenities we need, and was a fantastic location!
Perfect getaway
This house was the perfect set up for a getaway with 3 adults and our toddlers. The space was clean and exactly as pictured, the neighborhood was quiet, and the pool was perfect. We loved how many amenities were provided, which are not always at every rental, it made it so convenient - spices, kids dishes, ziplock bags, electric kettle, more than enough pool and bath towels, etc. Everything was super kid friendly and three of the rooms had large walk-in closets that could easily accommodate a pack n play if needed. Lyn was lovely - very communicative and made sure we were well taken care of.
Beautiful place
A beautiful place for us to gather with our family of 10 for a long weekend. We enjoyed our days relaxing in the pool, playing in the spacious backyard, and taking walks to the nearby Desoto National Memorial. The kitchen was fully stocked for our home-cooked meals, with plenty of dishes and silverware to accommodate our family. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We highly recommend this home to other families looking for a peaceful getaway to reconnect.
About host
We have been married for 45+ years and have 3 grown children with spouses, and 5 grandkids!! We like to travel to see new places, meet new people and experience other cultures. When traveling to new places, we like to get past the tourist attractions and experience the "real" location. Getting a chance to meet local people and share a meal is the best.
