Minutes from DT, Siesta & Lido beach, our beautifully styled home features an incredible backyard with a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, playland, and a shaded lounge. Spacious and open inside, with a fully equipped kitchen, and all the cozy feels of home. The finished garage houses beach supplies for your convenience, and thoughtful touches throughout combine comfort & luxury for an unforgettable experience.
Inside and outside the Palmieri was designed for relaxation, cozy vibes, and thoughtful details that will make your stay incredible. There are beach supplies for your use, plenty of cozy throws to cuddle up with, board & card games, designer shampoos, beautiful and comfy bedding. The kitchen is truly fully equipped with amenities like a blender, toaster, quality pots & pans, sharp knives, and everything you will need to cook a beautiful dinner at home. A charcoal Weber grill is located outside by the wet bar area, so you can both grill and eat outside while you watch the kids play in the heated pool (moderate upcharge).

Amazing work stay
I stayed here for work with me and three co-workers. This home was amazing, everything that was shown in the listing was spot on when we arrived. The house was very clean and in a quiet area. If I had any questions the hosts responded back ASAP. The kitchen was amazing and the pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake that made the house feel like heaven.
The perfect stay!
Wow!! This home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled.The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. It is also conveniently located very near to downtown Sarasota, lots of restaurant options and local beaches. The owners have thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

An absolute gem of a stay! From ages 8 to 43, our entire group felt right at home in this incredible property. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Between the gorgeous pool, relaxing hot tub, and all the amazing amenities, we found ourselves completely entertained without ever needing to leave the house.The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful—perfect for both families and groups of friends looking to unwind. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell the hosts really take pride in making this a five-star experience.Speaking of the host—absolutely phenomenal! Communication was top-notch. Every time I had a question (even before our stay), she responded within 10 minutes without fail. That level of attentiveness and care made us feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish.We will definitely be booking this property again if we’re ever back in the area. Worth every penny!
Safe neighborhood, amazing backyard
Quiet neighborhood, close proximity to lots of fun things to do! The house and backyard feel very private. Host is very responsive and house was very clean. Really appreciated all the safety locks on the doors with small children and the pool.
About host
We have been married for 45 years and have 3 grown children with spouses, and 5 grandkids!! We like to travel to see new places, meet new people and experience other cultures. When traveling to new places, we like to get past the tourist attractions and experience the "real" location. Getting a chance to meet local people and share a meal is the best. We've traveled extensively (esp Jeff), enjoy camping, and hosting people in our vacation homes! - Lyn & Jeff
